We provide a stock update from feeds as received from suppliers; we update every morning during weekdays from 7:30 but we cannot do prepare all feeds from suppliers daily. So, if you unsure about stock availability you see on products, please request a quote and we can provide you with stock availability at that time.
We do not provide repairs for servers, servers we sell have onsite warranties in place with their respective manufacturers or vendors. Usaually the end user will be direct in contact with the manufacturer or vendor to log a call for a warranty claim.
Any other product repairs you can email us @ sale.sw[at]server-warehouse.co.za with the order number you received from Server Warehouse and serial number, and we will provide feedback on the procedure to get it repaired.
We can only provide parts for the latest generation servers list on Server Warehouse, any parts for older servers are available from other sellers like spl.co.za
Unfortunately, we do not provide email addresses for sales , it poses a security risk to our operations with attachments in the emails. We provide a request for quotation option on all products visible on the ecommerce site. We will communicate after we received the quotation from you via email.
Please note: Server Warehouse do not have call center facilities or multiple incoming lines available, so if the telephone line is busy, please proceed by requesting a no obligation quotation on the product you interested in, from there we can communicate and answer questions you might have.
Our quotations will also indicate stock availability of each product on the quotation.
** Please note there is no walk shop. Clients will only gain entry to collect orders placed and paid for once notified.
