    1. Shipping costs are calculated on the volumetric weight.

    2. Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

    3. No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays.

    4. Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door)

    5. At The Courier Guy it is all about delivering your packages as safely and efficiently as possible. As a result, the Courier Guy have introduced an electronic OTP system, which will replace the paper waybill currently in use.

    6. The OTP system has many advantages and benefits. Here are some of them:

    7. Only the person who receives the OTP can take delivery of the parcel. This will eliminate delivery to the incorrect person or the wrong address.
    8. Every OTP is unique and can only be used once.
    9. Your OTP is also emailed to you in case you don’t have your phone available.
    10. If the receiver is not available an OTP can be sent to another designated individual (I.e. a family member or colleague) in order for the parcel to be delivered.
    11. Communication is also sent to the designated receiver informing them when the parcel is out for delivery. The driver also has the option to send a notification when he is 5,10,20 minutes away.
    12. No deliveries to a Postal Box

Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability but you will be informed if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the above lead times.

  1. Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our account.

  2. We do not deliver outside of South Africa, but you may arrange for a courier service to collect from us or an appointed collection point when the goods have been invoiced and ready for collection.

  3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

  4. Server Warehouse will not part ship goods of an order. 

A regional area is any Town or City in South Africa that is not catered for via a daily flight schedule.
In order for this to be possible the area must be within the delivery range of a recognised Airport. All regional areas will have a delay in the delivery time, as most of these areas are not serviced daily.

This condition may influence the handling of international transactions and the processing of orders destined outside South Africa. Consequently, VAT (Value-Added Tax) will be applied to purchases as per local regulations. However, international clients have the opportunity to claim a VAT refund through a designated VAT Refund Agency. We encourage our international customers to review this option to potentially recover the VAT paid on eligible purchases.

  2. International Orders and Collections: Collections are exclusively available for international orders that have been pre-arranged with Server Warehouse. We aim to facilitate these transactions smoothly despite the absence of an export code.

  3. Security Measures for Collections: For the security of our customers and to ensure the integrity of each transaction, the specific addresses for collection will only be provided upon successful payment for products ordered. This policy is in place to protect both parties and ensure a secure transaction environment.

  4. Order Processing and Collection: Please note, orders will not be ready for customer collection until they have been fully paid for and have undergone processing at the designated collection point. To further streamline the collection process and ensure the security of your orders, Server Warehouse will send a confirmation email indicating when your order is ready for collection. We kindly request that customers wait for this confirmation before attempting to pick up their orders. This policy helps to ensure that all orders are accurately fulfilled and that collections proceed smoothly, minimizing any inconvenience to our customers.
