We do not provide payment terms; your order needs to be paid in full before it can ship or be collected.

We provide a stock update from feeds as received from suppliers; we update every morning during weekdays from 7:30 but we cannot do prepare all feeds from suppliers daily. So, if you unsure about stock availability you see on products, please request a quote and we can provide you with stock availability at that time.

We do not provide repairs for servers, servers we sell have onsite warranties in place with their respective manufacturers or vendors. Usaually the end user will be direct in contact with the manufacturer or vendor to log a call for a warranty claim.

Any other product repairs you can email us @ sale.sw[at]server-warehouse.co.za with the order number you received from Server Warehouse and serial number, and we will provide feedback on the procedure to get it repaired.

We can only provide parts for the latest generation servers list on Server Warehouse, any parts for older servers are available from other sellers like spl.co.za

We sell direct to businesses and individuals, therefore we do not provide dealer / reseller applications.

We do not have a walk-in retail shop; products are only available online.

Unfortunately, we do not provide email addresses for sales , it poses a security risk to our operations with attachments in the emails. We provide a request for quotation option on all products visible on the ecommerce site. We will communicate after we received the quotation from you via email.

  • We do not operate a walk-in shop.
  • Products are not kept on the premises and there is no showroom on the premises.
  • Ordering of products are done online.
  • Do not arrive at our premises unless an order was placed, paid in full, and we notified you that the order is ready for collection.

Please note:  Server Warehouse do not have call center facilities or multiple incoming lines available, so if the telephone line is busy, please proceed by requesting a no obligation quotation on the product you interested in, from there we can communicate and answer questions you might have.

Our quotations will also indicate stock availability of each product on the quotation.

** Please note there is no walk shop. Clients will only gain entry to collect orders placed and paid for once notified. 

 

 

 

4 General

  • You will see an "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the product. Click on it and the product will be added to a "Shopping Cart", where a product has configuration the product plus all options chosen will be added. Check that your quantities are correct and continue with "Proceed to Checkout". Register your details and checkout.
  • Should a product be out of stock the order will be put on back order.

You will see a "Add to Quote" button at the bottom of the product. Click on it and the product will be added to a quotation request, where a product has configuration the product plus all options chosen will be added. Fill in your details and "Submit". We will receive the RFQ details and send you an official quotation within a few hours.

  • We are not a stock holding company and the stock availability shown on some products are from lists that are imported every morning or when available from suppliers.
  • Stock quantities are thus a reflection of the previous days stock count at close of business.
  • Although we will try our utmost to keep stock availability up to date we cannot be held responsible if a product becomes out of stock with our suppliers where our site still shows availability.
  • Some of the products on the site shows " Low Stock Quantities". These products we are not sure of if stock is still available from our suppliers. For these items we will have to contact the suppliers and confirm stock availability.
  • This will ony show when qty's are "1" or "2" units at suppliers.

Please note:

  • Server Warehouse does not have a Showroom for products to be viewed. 
  • No Shop Front.
  • We do not keep stock on our premises to purchase.
  • All products are ordered from vendors on successful payment.

5 Technical

Server Warehouse is an online shop, there is no physical store customers can visit. We try our best to show the product with the best picture we could provide. Many of the products we list have more in depth details available from the manufacturers website. Should you need extra information please contact us.

Every product has a section where you can write a review of the specific product and also give it a rating. To prevent spam only registered users can give a review. Reviews will be approved by store admin before it is published.

We try and keep stock levels of products up to date provided we get stock feeds from our suppliers. We will backorder a product if it became out of stock at the time of order. We will also communicate an ETA with you.

We have two options for you to purchase, one as a guest or as a registered client. Both need the same information but the guest will not have a profile or history of purchases. A registered client will have a personal profile with a history of purchases and saved addresses.

2 Payment

Once your funds clear and everything is in order, you will receive an update from Server Warehouse stating that we are "Processing/Picking" your order. Further communication pertaining to your order will also be send to you via email.

  • Server Warehouse offers only one payment option.
  • - EFT - We deal with many businesses from small to listed companies. Most companies need to submit documentation to their accounts department for payment. We plan for this and you will receive a confirmation pdf document attachment with our bank details when order is placed. You then have time to pay via EFT and is not pressured by credit cards or Instant EFT to make payment immediately.

4 Shipping, Delivery & Store Pickup

For our international customers, please note the following important information:

Collection is available exclusively for international orders, as we do not facilitate the export of goods from South Africa ourselves. Unfortunately, we do not hold an export code that is typically required by couriers or export agencies for managing international shipments.

For customers with shipping addresses within South Africa, rest assured that your orders will be dispatched directly to your specified destination within the country.

Upon preparing your order for collection, we will provide you with the specific collection address via email. Please be advised that collections can be made during our business hours only, which are from 13:00 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday, and 12:00 to 15:30 on Fridays, excluding South African public holidays.

We kindly request that orders be collected promptly due to limited storage space. Your cooperation helps us manage our inventory effectively and ensures that we can continue to offer collection services for our international customers.

Each product is calculated on it volumetric weight, so it is length x width x height / 5000

Smaller items will be shipped via PUDO Locker to door service. 

We only deliver within the borders of South Africa. No international shipping or exporting.

  • All our products ship with economy option.
  • Expected delivery are within 1 - 3 days within main centers and 2 - 5 days for outlying areas.
  • Main Centers - 1 to 3 days (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley)
  • Outlying Areas 2-5 days
  • Delivery will be during office hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays.
  • Server Warehouse commits itself to deliver on time, but on rare occasions "Murphy's law" is in the mix we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

2 Pricing

All prices displayed on Server Warehouse include South African VAT.

We only display prices in South African Rand (ZAR).

2 Privacy and Security

Your information whether via a quote request or via an order submitted to us will never be sold or shared with any third parties; however we might have to forward certain details through to software licensing companies for registration if your order consists of licensing that requires your details, but permission will be requested from you before submission.

  • Collection Policy: Please note, international clients are required to arrange for the collection of purchased goods from our premises as we currently do not offer direct shipping services across borders due to the absence of an export code.
