Order Placement at Server Warehouse - Next Steps

  • Timely Payment: To expedite order processing, we kindly request payment at your earliest convenience. Swift payment facilitates prompt action on your order.
  • Product Reservation: Products are not automatically reserved upon order placement. The only way to secure a product is through payment. If a Purchase Order was submitted by a company, products will be reserved for 3 days pending payment. You may share your Proof of Payment with us.
  • Payment Deadline: You have a 24-hour window to make payment; failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
  • Submit Payment Proof: Send your Proof of Payment to [email protected].
  • Dispatch: Once funds are cleared, we dispatch your order on the next business day. All orders within South Africa will be shipped by courier. International clients will be contacted with collection details once payment is received and the order is ready.
  • Export Note: Server Warehouse (Pty) Ltd does not hold an export code and does not export products. Please arrange your own shipping and collection from the designated pickup point. Do not dispatch anyone for collection until we provide a confirmed date and time — as we do not store products on-site, arriving without prior notification may cause inconvenience. VAT paid may be claimed at a VAT Refund Agency office found at borders or ports of entry.
  • Tax Invoice: Your Tax Invoice will be issued upon collection or delivery of your order.
  • Price Clarification: Prices are tied to the R/$ exchange rate and may change at the time of order. E&O.E.
  • VAT Registration: If you are a VAT-registered business and did not provide your VAT number during checkout, please send it to [email protected] before your Tax Invoice is issued.
