Server Warehouse does not participate in any tender, bid, RFQ, or procurement process. Any request submitted for tender pricing purposes will be blocked and logged. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from this platform.

Our Position on Tenders

Server Warehouse is a retail e-commerce platform serving the public directly. Our pricing is based on daily supplier feeds and is designed for direct retail sales — not for tender submission, bid compilation, or government procurement processes.

We do not function as a direct supplier, distributor, or vendor for tender purposes. Our prices are not structured for tender margins and will not be competitive against companies procuring directly from distributors such as Tarsus, Pinnacle, or Axiz.

Enforcement

›Any quotation request submitted for tender purposes will be immediately blocked and the email address logged.
›A 48-hour submission ban will be applied to the email address and IP address used.
›Subsequent submissions from a previously banned email address will be flagged for manual review and may be declined without communication.
›Server Warehouse reserves the right to permanently block any email address or IP address used for tender-related submissions.
