Courier Delivery
Door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa via our BobGo courier partners.
Volumetric Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated on volumetric weight and courier tariff zones.

Stock Availability
If an item requires additional lead time, we will notify you before dispatch.

Secure Delivery — OTP System

One-Time PIN
Only the person holding the OTP can receive the parcel at the door.
Delivery Notifications
You will be notified when your parcel is out for delivery.
Authorised Receiver
You may share the OTP with a trusted person to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Collection Options

Self-collection is available by appointment only for orders of R1,500 excl. VAT or more. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Standard Collection
You will receive a Ready for Collection email once your order is processed. Processing time is 1–2 working days after payment clears.
International Collections
Available for pre-arranged international orders. Collection details are confirmed after payment clears.

Export Status
Server Warehouse does not hold an export code. VAT is charged on all orders regardless of destination.
VAT Refunds
International customers may apply for a VAT refund via the official VAT Refund Agency after export.

This APC Smart-UPS SRT3000XLI is designed for IT professionals or network administrators to maintain business uptime and continuity. This 3kVA on-line tower UPS provides pure sine wave power and extended runtime to support critical electronics during power disruptions. It comes with BS1363A British, IEC 320 C20, and Schuko CEE 7/EU1-16P inputs, 8x IEC 320 C13 and 2x IEC 320 C19 outlets, 2x IEC jumper cables. It has a SmartSlot for optional Network Management Card that enables graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines HCI Clusters via PowerChute Network Shutdown. The UPS can connect to EcoStruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms. The UPS has a 3-year warranty, and the built-in lead-acid battery has a 2-year warranty. The UPS is compatible with SRTRK4 (4-post) and SRTRK3 (2-post) rail kits sold separately.
